Bon Chocolats

When I think of when my chocolate passion started, I can’t remember I have always loved and appreciated good chocolates; it has been always a source of comfort and happiness to me.

My chocolate passion started in 2013 when I took a truffle making class, mixing flavors with chocolate and learning about the science behind chocolate was really amazing to me, suddenly being a chocolate consumer wasn’t enough. I become serious curiosity about chocolate, chocolate origins, tastes, aromas and science. Soon this curiosity grew to making chocolate, pairing it with different flavors creating delicious classic and innovative Bonbons and confections.

After taking a couple of chocolate classes I decided I want to go further with this, so I studied to be a professional Chocolatier at Ecole Chocolat located in Vancouver BC in 2016.

Starting my journey of chocolate making as a professional chocolatier has been one of the most fulfilling and interesting adventures in my life.

I’m so thrilled to be able to share my love and passion for chocolate with other people and invite you to enjoy our chocolates and share it with your loved ones.

We are local in the greater Seattle area in Bothell WA, women owned small businesses.

The Name “Bon Chocolats”

Our name is inspired of the French phrase “Bons Chocolats” which translates to “Good Chocolates”, we decided to twist it and use “Bon” instead of “Bons” and remove the “s” to be more familiar in our local American Market.

The Logo

Our logo is hand drawn to express the Artisian side of our chocolates, it’s the shape of the traditional hand rolled chocolate truffle with a butterfly hovering over it.

The butterfly represents the big transformation that happens to the chocolate, starting from the Cacao bean (as a seed in the cacao tree) and into the Chocolate Bonbon and confections that we love and eat.
